The Annual General Meeting of the Runcorn Tavern Social Golf Club will be held on Sunday 4 October 2009 at 9 A.M. at The Runcorn Tavern,Gowan Rd., Runcorn.
Nominations for Positions,Notices of Motions,Rule Changes and any other item for discussion must be in writing,signed and seconded, and given to the Secretary prior to the 20 September 2009. The only matters for discussion at the AGM will be those that have been given to the Secretary by the due date. Proxy Votes must also be given to the Secretary by the 20/09/09 to be valid.
