Time to start planning 2010 and the Trip Away

We will be having the AGM shortly date TBC.
If we do not have any major issues to confront then we may be able to have a quick meeting after a game shortly? For that to happen we need your feedback on any issues current or coming up YOU see, that need discussion / put on the agenda.
Also think about taking a position on the committee a bloodless coup d'e tat, is preferred, so start thinking/ talking to each other about nominations.

Trip Away

As per programme, 6 -8 /11/2009. Two games of golf on the North Coast, accommodation back at Hastings, so a retro trip for those who can remember that far back.
We need to know numbers as always so if you are a definite either way, email us to get your name down, costs per head will depend on individual contributions from raffles and a break even contribution. The exact amount is TBC. Numbers will be limited due to the GEC, so get your self organised and tell us by e-mail.
