Nearist the pin (all playing members eligible)
Longest Drive A & B grade (all playing members eligible)
Overall winner $70.00, runner up $30.00

Raffles:
It is aparent we we will need to have raffles to maintain some income for the club.
One person will be rostered for the Friday night raffles, that person is responsible for the raffles that night.
Raffle allocation roster to come shortly.
A points system has been introduced with positive points for successfull raffle completion and negative points for no shows or incomplete raffles.
This year those who contribute the most will get the most benifit especially when it comes to the trip away.

New Members.
We have a number of new members, welcome to the club.
Please approach any known member if you have any queries, especially with regards raffles and things you are not familiar with for help.
The aim of the club is to have some fun playing golf and the odd tipple with fellow golfers.

Whinging and Complaints:
All whinging will be dealt with in a fair manner refer your whinge directly to the President, you can even attempt
a coup d’état , but first ask yourself the following questions,
Why did I join this club?

Have I contibuted in any way to help my fellow members, in the last month?

Have you been ripped off?

Are you so important your needs are more than the many?

Do you really want to enter into an argument you will probably loose?

Life is not about winning but giving, what do you want?
Now, if you still have a genuine whinge, bring it!

Game Day Simplified Procedure

Just follow the steps below to get on the list for each game, IF YOU ARE NOT ON THE LIST YOU ARE NOT PLAYING
1. E-mail the club your nomination.
2. Nominations to play cut off by 10 days prior to game day.
3. If you can't make the game for any reason contact the captain, Mark Gabriel 0409278575, if the club is charged for your green fees you will need to repay the club.

ON THE DAY WE PLAY
4. Turn up at the published time to play.
5. Pay treasurer game fees.
6. Treasurer will issue game card and then you proceed to proshop for cart which you and your partner for the day pay for.
7. Golf etiquette is to be observed at all times, this includes alcohol consumption most courses require us to by their beverages, use discretion, if you don't understand this section refer to the President for clarification.
8. Failure to show common sense and coutesy to your fellow members will give rise to a "show cause" as to why you should be a club member.Again you can refer your queries on this section to the President.

• If you intend to be a member in 2009. Yes / No
• Payment of fees due at Oxley 14/12/08 will we see you there. Yes / No
• If not when will you see Baz to pay before 1/1/09.
• The first game in 2009 will be 11/1/09 location TBA, tee time 6.30 am will you be playing Yes / No
• What Fridays in 2009 are you NOT available to do raffles.
